RETURN POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within 24HRS of the delivery date for orders outside Nairobi. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
All returns within Nairobi will come back with our rider immediately with original tags and labels attached.

Please note; We shall not accept any product return with broken seal for exchanges for refunds. Once seal is broken, product is considered sold.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange/refund.
Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been Processed.

EXCEMPTIONS
Depending on case and product, some items cannot be returned or exchanged but this communication shall be passed across.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange for fixing (most items we sell have warranty for service) exchange or refund.
